The HR Department is meant to be instrumental in channelizing human resource energy in achieving the common objectives and goals of the organization with the help of employee friendly environment.
The Human Resource Department (HRD) at SVCL AIMS to :
1. To encourage employees to reach their highest potential, to recognize contributions and foster commitment to quality service, while working towards meeting the organization's mission and goals.
2. To act as a facilitating agent by adopting a multi disciplinary, dynamic approach to the human resource function, with the ultimate aim of implementing innovative changes in the work life at SVCL, while developing cross departmental harmony and synergy.
3. Ensure organization vision and values cascade down to all levels, whilst creating the right culture and environment for employees and customers which will help the organisation in achieving its short / long term goals.
